Hannah Mayho

Hannah Mayho is from Cullingworth in West Yorkshire and is an English road and track cyclist and a member of British Cycling’s Olympic Academy Squad.

Hannah is the holder of various age group national titles and is aiming for the 3k team pursuit at 2012 Olympics.

Before she got into cycling Hannah was interested in running and athletics. In 2003 she was ranked eighth in the UK for the Under 13 girls’ 800m. She was also a keen netballer and was in the West Yorkshire County netball squad for a year.

Her first international medal was at the Junior Europeans in 2007 where she won silver in the 2k individual pursuit. She has also won four National titles, two in 2006 and 2007 respectively and three other National medals.
