David King is a Team GB ice skater with his partner Stacey Kemp. He started skating rather late in life, aged nine, but soon developed his natural flair and talent and began competing at various competitions.
He was always very passionate about the sport and put in a lot of hard work and dedication to steadily improve his skills. It was through his intensive training when he met his partner Stacey at a rink in Blackburn which has developed into a very successful relationship.
David and Stacey are five times British Senior Champions and were the first British team in 16 years to qualify for the Winter Olympics at Vancouver 2010.
