As the nights and morning get darker and the days get colder I can hear the mountains calling and it’s time to go and hunt out the snow. I finished the Great North Run in a PB and I have now qualified my BASI Adaptive. The Ski show is this week and all thoughts are on to the season ahead.

We have now had a very motivating pre season meeting with the team and Paralympics GB and things are falling in to place before the start of the season. I have now seen what the race suits will look like and more importantly what the medals are like that we are aiming for. I can’t wait now to get back on to snow and get training before our first races before Christmas.

It will be another busy season but I think will be one of the best.
